What does the shopping service cost?
Nothing. You only pay for the goods and the shipping at the Germany – Vietnam rates (from €6/kg).
Minimum order?
From €100 per online shop. Wholesale customers and large orders get special discounts (goods include 19 % VAT).
How soon will I get the goods?
Goods arriving at our German warehouse are packed and go on the next flight (2–3 flights a week), reaching our Hanoi warehouse 3–5 working days later; other provinces 2–4 more days.
What should and shouldn't I order?
Good choices: clothes, shoes, household goods, cosmetics, perfume, food supplements. With surcharges: goods with batteries, laptops, new phones, branded goods. Not by air: aerosols, high-capacity batteries.
