Packing & surcharges
- Box: thick, new cardboard; tape it several times around.
- Padding: foam, crumpled paper, bubble wrap – fill every gap (especially parcels over 20 kg).
- Liquids: tape caps and pumps shut and wrap well against leaks.
- Fragile, glass: several layers of bubble wrap; special items should go in a foam box or wooden crate.
- Metal tins (milk powder, food): foam dividers, pack upright. Paper boxes: pack separately, divided by cardboard.

Discounted La Poste/Colissimo label €8/parcel (max. 32 kg) – 50 % less than the usual €16.
How long until the goods reach Vietnam?
About 3–5 days from the flight to our Hanoi warehouse (excluding Sundays and public holidays), plus a few days of domestic delivery.
What compensation do you offer?
Insured shipments (fee 5–10 %): 100 % of the declared value. Regular goods: max. €20/kg. Film/photograph when you receive the goods and tell VU CARGO straight away.
