How do I send from another EU country to the German warehouse?
Message VU CARGO for a label, stick it on the parcel and hand it in at the post office. Special price €16/parcel (instead of €25), max. 32 kg/parcel. Applies to EU countries except Germany and France.
How long until the goods reach Vietnam?
Goods arriving at the German warehouse go on the next flight and reach our Hanoi warehouse 3–5 working days after the flight; other provinces 2–4 more days.
What compensation do you offer?
Insured shipments (fee 5–10 %): 100 % of the declared value. Regular goods: actual value, max. €20/kg.
